CheF Hermes Pinto


Chef Hermes Pinto was born in Brazil, in a city called Curitiba, in the early 1980's. Always an avid reader and a seeker of knowledge, he decided to go to Law School. But a tragedy that befell his mother made him realize that life is too short not to follow your dreams.


For the next 10 years, Chef Hermes Pinto would be a professional Martial Arts teacher. He would go on to be one of the proponents of his Martial Arts, supervising the dojos of the state of São Paulo and teaching classes in Latin America and Europe.


But Chef Hermes Pinto was conscious that martial arts were not his dream. While most would train to unwind, he would find his tranquility inside the kitchen. In 2012, he took the leap, and started working and studying gastronomy full time.
